Ticket Refund Policy

You can claim your ticket delay or cancellation refund, for a ticket bought directly on our website, if any of the following holds:

1. Your end station arrival time was delayed by more than 1 hour from the stated time at the entry station or on the fixed time ticket.
2. Your fixed train ticket was cancelled with no replacement service that would arrive at the destination at least within 1 hour of the time stated on the ticket.

To request a refund for a delayed or canceled train, you must submit your claim within seven days of the disruption. Claims cannot be submitted after this deadline.

Exclusions

This refund policy does not apply to delays or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond the control of the train company. These circumstances include, but are not limited to:

• Adverse weather conditions: Heavy snow, ice storms, hurricanes, floods, etc.
• Natural disasters: Earthquakes, wildfires, volcanic eruptions, etc.
• Civil unrest or public disturbances: Riots, protests, strikes, etc.
• Technical issues beyond the company's control: Signal failures caused by external factors, etc.
• Emergency situations: Accidents, medical emergencies on board, etc.
